By accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of this policy, you must discontinue use of the Service immediately.

2. INFORMATION COLLECTION AND USE

2.1 Log Data

When you access the Service, our servers automatically collect certain technical information ("Log Data"). This Log Data may include:

2.3 Test Responses and Assessment Data

When you finish the assessment, your answer choices are sent to our servers over HTTPS so we can calculate your color scores and personality type. We do not maintain a database of individual question responses tied to your name, email, or account (we do not require an account to take the test). We store only a summarized result (for example, dominant color, percentages, and archetype) in a server-side session so you can open your personalized results page. That session data ends when the session expires or you close your browser, depending on server and browser behavior.

We do not use your answer choices to build a marketing profile or to sell response data. Standard server logs, Google Analytics (Section 2.2), and third-party tools described in this policy (such as Log Data and advertising cookies) may still record that you visited certain pages or general technical data; they are not used to reconstruct a permanent record of each answer you selected.

2.4 Cookies and Similar Technologies

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to improve your experience. Cookies are small text files placed on your device that help us:

• Understand how you interact with our Service (including through Google Analytics and similar technologies)
• Improve our tools based on usage patterns
• Deliver relevant advertisements through our advertising partners

The contact page uses Google reCAPTCHA to reduce spam and abuse. When you interact with reCAPTCHA, Google may collect and process data (such as device and usage signals) according to Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. We receive a verification result from Google; we do not control Google's processing beyond choosing to use this service.

4.4 Contact Form Disclaimer

Below is a short summary of how our color personality test processes user responses:

Your answer choices are transmitted to our servers over HTTPS when you complete the test. Scoring and type assignment run on the server. We do not maintain a database of each user's individual question responses. A summarized result is stored in a server-side session so the results page can load. The browser also displays your outcome in the interface. We do not use response data for ad targeting or sale. Aggregate usage and technical logs may be processed as described in Sections 2.1, 2.2, and 3 of this policy.
